Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist based in Gurugram. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will assess and provide tailored interventions for children with sensory, motor, and developmental challenges. Responsibilities include designing and implementing therapeutic programs, collaborating with multi-disciplinary team members, and providing guidance to families. The role also involves tracking progress and adapting interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each child in a supportive and engaging environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sensory Integration and Occupational Therapy practices
- Experience working with Pediatrics and providing Early Intervention support
- Strong skills and passion for Working With Children, fostering their growth and development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and a multi-disciplinary team
- Relevant professional certification/license in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in designing individualized therapy plans based on evidence-based methods
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to create a positive and engaging therapeutic environment
