Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pediatric Nurse located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Pediatric Nurse will provide specialized medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, including administering treatments, performing health assessments, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care and providing support and education to patients and their families. The Pediatric Nurse will also engage in critical care scenarios, prioritize patient safety, and adhere to organizational and clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pediatric Nursing and Pediatrics, with an understanding of child development and common pediatric conditions
- Strong background in Nursing and Medicine, including medical procedures and patient care
- Experience in Critical Care Nursing to effectively manage acute or emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and family interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and relevant certifications in pediatric care
- Previous experience working in a pediatric or hospital setting is an asset
