Role Description
As a PEB Project Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle of pre-engineered building projects, from initiation to successful delivery. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. Daily tasks include expediting materials, inspecting project progress, overseeing logistics, and managing on-site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region.
Position: Project Coordinator – Prefab Execution & Coordination
Experience Required: Minimum 10+ Years
Industry Preference: PEB / Prefabricated Buildings
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end project execution and coordination
• Site coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitoring project timelines and installation activities
• Ensuring smooth execution as per project schedules
• Preparation of project progress reports and MIS
Preferred Candidate:
• Strong experience in PEB/Prefab projects
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and site activities
