Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PEB Designer, located in Chennai. The PEB Designer will be responsible for designing pre-engineered building structures, preparing drawings and layouts, creating structural details, and coordinating designs with the engineering team. The role will also involve ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes and standards, collaborating with clients to meet their specifications, and providing technical support during project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in structural design, including the use of design software such as STAAD Pro, Tekla, or related tools
- Expertise in creating detailed drawings and layouts for pre-engineered buildings
- Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and relevant industry standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex design challenges
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver projects within deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Prior experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design is preferred
