Lee Builders is looking for an experienced PEB Designer and Estimator to join our team in Ernakulam. If you have the technical expertise to bring complex pre-engineered buildings to life from concept to estimation, we want to hear from you!
Role Overview
As a PEB Designer and Estimator, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end design, detailing, and cost estimation of our Pre-Engineered Steel Building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and detailed engineering of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings (PEB).
- Prepare precise General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, and Bill of Materials/Bill of Quantities (BOM/BOQ).
- Develop accurate project estimations and costings to support business operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / MBS Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in PEB design and estimation.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Tekla.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of standard structural design codes, specifically IS and AISC.
