Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain tailored NAV / Business Central solutions using AL, C/AL, and C#.NET Collaborate with consultants and project teams to gather business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose customisations Perform upgrades, system enhancements, and technical support across D365 BC environments Participate in client-facing tasks including installations, user training, and troubleshooting Ensure development aligns with best practices and project delivery goals About You: Minimum 3 years of experience in Dynamics NAV / Business Central development Strong expertise in AL development and Extensions 2.0 Confident working with C#.NET and SQL Server in an integrated environment Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage workload independently Clear communication skills and comfortable working within a collaborative, agile delivery team What's on Offer: Structured technical development and training pathways Hands-on exposure to a diverse client base across multiple industries Opportunity to join a fast-growing Microsoft Partner with a strong collaborative culture
