Data Engineer

• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for multiple source systems: Examples - SAP, Korber WMS, OpSuite ePOS, and internal BI systems. • Design and implement SSIS-based data workflows including staging, data quality rules, and CDC logic. • Collaborate with the DBA on schema design, indexing, and performance tuning for SQL Server 2022. • Build reusable components and scripts for data loading, transformation, and validation. • Support development of CDC (Change Data Capture) solutions for near real-time updates. • Perform unit testing, documentation, and version control of data solutions using GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD. • Ensure data security, masking, and encryption in accordance with project policies (TLS 1.3). • Work closely with backend developers and analysts to align data models with reporting needs. • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during development and post-deployment.
