Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Engineer located in Bengaluru.

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include back-end web development, programming, creating and managing databases, and implementing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

The role also entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Java/J2EE applications.
• Architect scalable and maintainable systems following best practices.
• Guide the team in adopting modern development techniques, tools, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and architects & align to specs & design.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues across environments.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
• Coach and mentor junior and mid-level Skills & Qualifications :
• 3 - 12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong experience in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with RESTful services, SOAP, and API design.
• Strong hands-on with SQL and relational databases like Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
• Exposure to messaging systems like KaZa or RabbitMQ.
• Good exposure to cloud pla[orms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Event Driven Architecture, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and scalable application architecture.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and wri`en communication.
• Analytical thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
