Design governance & control frameworks: Build governance structures, meeting rhythms, accountability models, and dashboards to restore operational discipline. 3. Oversee vendors & cross-functional teams: Hold all contributors- internal and external- to measurable standards and create unified reporting for leadership. 4. Present to senior leadership: Deliver clear, concise, executive-ready updates and recommendations that support major decision-making. 5. Drive transition & embedding: Support teams through adoption of new governance models, create handover kits, and ensure improvements continue post-engagement.
