<li> Assist residents with daily living skills (cooking, hygiene, routines) </li>
<li> Provide hands-on support using <strong>positive behavior techniques</strong>
</li>
<li> Plan and participate in fun activities like crafts, games, and outings </li>
<li> Transport residents to appointments and community activities </li>
<li> Administer medications and document daily progress </li>
<li> Maintain a safe, structured, and respectful home environment </li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For<br></strong><br>

<li> Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities <em>(preferred)</em>
</li>
<li> Knowledge of behavior modification techniques <em>(required)</em>
</li>
<li> A compassionate, patient, and reliable personality </li>
<li> Ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations </li>
<li> Strong communication and teamwork skills </li>

<li> Must be 18 years or older </li>
<li> High school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record </li>
<li> Reliable, insured vehicle (for transporting residents) </li>
<li> Ability to pass fingerprint clearance, background check, and drug screening </li>
<li> Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends) </li>
