Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PE (Physical Education) Facilitator located in Hyderabad. The PE Facilitator will be responsible for planning and conducting physical education sessions, promoting the importance of fitness, and helping students achieve physical well-being. The role includes designing inclusive activities, fostering team spirit, demonstrating technique and safety, and adapting programs to meet diverse needs. The facilitator will also take part in school events and collaborate with other educators to ensure a balanced curriculum.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of physical education practices, sports coaching, and fitness training.
- Proficiency in creating curriculum plans for physical activities and organizing sports events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students while promoting teamwork and a positive mindset.
- Certifications or degrees in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related fields are highly desirable.
- First aid and CPR certification is an added advantage.
- Previous teaching or coaching experience, especially with school-age children, is preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of physical safety and injury prevention techniques.
