<strong>Your Role<br></strong><br>
</div><div>
<strong>As the Restaurant Bartender - Server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—crafting cocktails, serving meals, and creating memorable moments for every guest.<br></strong><br>
</div><div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div><ul>
<li>Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth</li>
<li>Mix and serve beverages in compliance with OLCC and company policies</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas</li>
<li>Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash handling</li>
<li>Support breakfast and evening receptions and buffet restocking</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations</li>
<li>Uphold food safety and sanitation standards</li>
<li>Adapt to various roles including bartender, server, busser, or dishwasher as needed</li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><ul>
<li>6+ months of bartending experience</li>
<li>Previous food service and customer service experience</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>
<strong>Required</strong>: Oregon Food Handlers Permit & OLCC Alcohol Service Permit</li>
<li>
<strong>Preferred</strong>: ServSafe Certification</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly</li>
<li>Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and squatting throughout shift</li>
<li>Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
