</div><div>We’re looking for a driven <strong>Assistant General Manager (AGM)</strong> to partner with the General Manager and lead day-to-day operations across all departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll directly influence guest satisfaction, team performance, and hotel profitability.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong>As AGM, you’ll be the operational backbone of the hotel, supporting all departments and ensuring everything runs smoothly.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations across <strong>Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services</strong> </li>
<li>Ensure a seamless, high-quality <strong>guest experience from arrival to departure</strong> </li>
<li>Lead, coach, and support department managers and team members </li>
<li>Handle <strong>guest concerns and service recovery</strong> with professionalism and urgency </li>
<li>Monitor <strong>occupancy, room readiness, and operational performance</strong> </li>
<li>Assist with <strong>budgeting, labor management, and cost control initiatives</strong> </li>
<li>Conduct routine inspections to maintain <strong>brand and cleanliness standards</strong> </li>
<li>Support <strong>hiring, training, and team development efforts</strong> </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with <strong>safety standards, policies, and procedures</strong> </li>
</ul><div><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></div><div>✔ 3–5+ years of hotel leadership or supervisory experience<br> ✔ Experience across <strong>multiple hotel departments</strong> (Rooms + F&B preferred)<br> ✔ Strong knowledge of <strong>hotel operations and guest service standards</strong><br> ✔ Proven ability to <strong>lead teams and drive results</strong><br> ✔ Financial awareness (labor, cost control, daily reports)<br> ✔ Hands-on, visible leadership style<br> ✔ Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills<br> ✔ Flexibility to work varied schedules</div><div>
