Full-stack app developer (co-founder) (equity only - No compensation)

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our early-stage team. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member and play a critical role in building and enhancing our platform. Compensation will transition to a competitive salary package upon securing funding. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack applications for our wellness platform. Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Collaborate closely with the founding team to define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines. Make key architectural and technical decisions. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing. Contribute to the development of technical documentation. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Solid understanding and experience with back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, .NET). Experience with database systems (both relational and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deployment processes. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to work on an equity-only basis in the initial stages. Commitment to contributing 20-25 hours per week.
