🚨 Hiring: PCMB Foundation Teachers (Grades 6–10)
📚 JEE / NEET Foundation Programme
📍 Tier-3 & Tier-4 Towns | South India
We are looking for passionate and experienced PCMB Foundation Teachers to teach Grades 6–10 under our structured JEE/NEET Foundation Programme in SIP-partnered schools across South India and North India
If you are someone who believes in building strong fundamentals, concept clarity, and competitive readiness from an early stage, this opportunity is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology at the foundation level
✔ Focus on concept clarity & problem-solving skills
✔ Deliver structured classroom sessions using smart boards & digital tools
✔ Follow the prescribed academic plan & timelines
✔ Assign and evaluate worksheets, practice sheets & tests
✔ Track student performance and provide remedial support
✔ Conduct revision sessions aligned with long-term JEE/NEET preparation
✔ Maintain academic discipline and classroom rigor
✔ Submit daily academic reports & coordinate with the central academic team
✔ Participate in teacher training and review programs
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (Foundation / Competitive / School level)
✅ Strong command over your subject (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology)
✅ Interest in foundation-level competitive exam preparation
✅ Willingness to work in Tier-3 / Tier-4 school environments
💰 Compensation
Salary as per industry standards (based on experience & performance).
