Join Addii Biotech Private Limited at our Mohali office (Sector 67) as a PCD Sales Executive. We are hiring both freshers and experienced candidates to drive sales, manage franchise networks, and expand our pharmaceutical product portfolio across targeted regions.
Position Overview
The PCD Sales Executive / Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in expanding the company's business within the B2B and contract manufacturing space. You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and executing successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Generation: Actively cold call, generate leads, and acquire new clients for PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) and third-party manufacturing.
2. Client Management: Coordinate with existing distributors, manage client relationships, and address inquiries (including India Mart leads).
3. Market Expansion: Analyze pharmaceutical market trends and explore untapped markets to position company products competitively.
4. Order Processing: Oversee the entire sales cycle from taking orders and ensuring timely dispatches to coordinating payment follow-ups.
5. Target Achievement: Prepare actionable sales plans and hit designated sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Education: Minimum 12th pass. A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B. Pharma, or Business/Marketing) is preferred.
2. Experience:Freshers: Strong communication skills, a high learning attitude, and a passion for sales.Experienced: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in pharma PCD, franchise sales, or business development.
3. Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and relationship-building skills.
