Role Description
The PCB Service Technician is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore. The technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of PCB systems, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting field service visits, and delivering excellent customer service. Work will involve diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of PCB systems
- Strong diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills for technical issues
- Experience in performing Field Service tasks with attention to detail
- Capability to provide exceptional Customer Service
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Previous experience in the textile industry and handling Autoconer systems is advantageous
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
