About the role

Primary Objective:

Follow all PCB procedures and forms in compliance to ISO 9001.

 

Cleans and maintains office, plant, visitors' residence and grounds according to established schedule.           

Major Areas of Accountability

 

           Promotes teamwork, cooperation and commitment to “Total Customer Satisfaction” among team members.

 

 

1.      Responsible for completion of assigned weekly maintenance schedule with a minimum of supervision.

 

2.      Dusts, mops, vacuums office furniture, plant areas and floors.

 

3.      Cleans rest rooms, lunch room fixtures and appliances; replaces supplies.

 

4.      Removes waste materials from the plant and office areas.

 

5.      Assists with set-ups for employee social activities.

 

6.      Responsible for the quality of cleanliness and regular maintenance necessary to ensure satisfaction and  safety for all who enter PCB buildings and grounds.

 

7.      Selects appropriate materials for both cost effective and safe completion of tasks.

 

8.      Drives company vehicle daily to make deliveries. Uses hand and power equipment.

 

9.      Maintains safe work habits per PCB standards and procedures.

10.    Performs other duties as directed for the efficient operation of the maintenance team and PCB.
