About the role
The Onboarding Product Manager for PayU's Payment Gateway will be responsible for developing and managing the complete merchant onboarding experience. This role plays a critical part in shaping how merchants interact with PayU from the moment they express interest in our service. The focus will be on streamlining processes, enhancing product discovery, and ensuring a superior merchant experience. The Merchant Experience Team is entrusted with the pivotal task of shaping the comprehensive experience that PayU extends to its merchants. This journey encompasses every stage, beginning with the onboarding process, and includes product discovery, activation, retention, as well as cross-sell and upsell opportunities throughout the entire merchant lifecycle. Additionally, this team is accountable for ensuring the superior quality and efficacy of merchant services and communications.
