About the role
Merchant Monitoring is one of the core pillars of the Operations Department, responsible for reviewing current activities of PayU merchants across the EMEA region. The team enhances controls on the merchant portfolio to reduce key risks such as AML, fraud, credit exposure, and sanctions violations. We're looking for a hands-on Merchant Risk Monitoring Manager to oversee and develop our monitoring processes for merchants. You'll lead a team of analysts, ensure effective risk detection, and continuously improve our internal controls and workflows through automation and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone who brings both strong AML/CFT experience and people leadership and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment.
