About the role We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our product team, planning and executing the product road map and break it down to user stories. Continue reading to find out more about the role! What you will do: Collaborate with senior and product managers in a whole product lifecycle. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their needs and pain points. Analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement Assist in a product discovery phase. Assist in defining product requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine product features. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies Track the progress of development tasks during sprints and ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales enablement, marketing, and sales. Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and standards. Identify and document bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Create and maintain product documentation, including product cards, release notes, and training materials. Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating with sales enablement, marketing and sales teams. Help prepare launch materials, such as presentations, FAQs, and training sessions. Analyze product usage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and measure success. Use data to support decision-making and prioritize future development efforts. What are we looking for: 2+ years of experience in product management, Experience in agile methodology environment, Understanding of the fintech industry, Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc., Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work, Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities, Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers, Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success, Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features, Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written, Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group, Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Miro), Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies as an added value.
