Paytm ads business consists of the following: On Platform Display Ads: Ads are placed on strategic touchpoints on the homepage, category page and post-transaction page on the Paytm consumer app, Paytm for Business merchant app, Paytm Insider & Paytm Money. This aims at engaging with Paytm active transacting DSP: Paytm Demand Side Platform is for running programmatic video ads outside the Paytm App. It helps advertisers reach out to Paytm user base by showing ads via Paytm own and third-party Listing Ads: Product Listing Ads are available for brand and merchant partners retailing their inventory on Paytm e-commerce. **About the role:** **Expectations/Requirements:** ●We would expect you to hit the ground running, and approach your role with a growth mindset. ●You will be expected to communicate openly, make decisions by creating consensus, and drive a collective obsession about your feature or product. ●Bring consumer first mindset and work backwards: Understand consumer pain points and business imperatives to define product roadmap and strategy. These vary from business critical funnels to reducing CST contacts. ●Growth: Finding new ways to acquire users from inside and outside the Paytm ecosystem. ●Work with cross-functional teams such as User Research, UX Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations to deliver high impact products **Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role:** ●B.E/ with 8+ years of overall experience and 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2C Consumer Internet/Tech/e-Commerce space. ●Should be comfortable in speaking to strangers and regulatory authorities and assertive through expertise. ●Should have worked with cross functional teams (Engineering, Marketing, Growth, Design, etc.) ●Good understanding of Product Design, Metrics, Engineering and Support. ●Willingness to experiment and improve continuously ●A collaborative output driven program that brings cohesiveness across businesses through technology ●Improve the average revenue per use by increasing the cross-sell opportunities ●A solid 360 feedback from your peer teams on your support of their goals ●Respect, that is earned, not demanded from your peers and manager **Compensation:** If you are the right fit, we believe in creating wealth for you.
