Paytm has over 100 million monthly active users and over 11 million merchants across the country.Role Description:As a Paytm Ads Ops ( Monetization ) , you will be responsible for:- Campaign Management - Manage end to end digital advertising campaigns including setting up campaigns , monitoring performance , optimizing campaigns and reporting on performance.- Audience Targeting - Define and implement effective audience targeting strategies to drive campaign performance.- Creative Management - Work with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives.- Data Analysis - Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.- Relationship Management - Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to enable seamless campaign execution.Ideal Candidate Profile:- 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising campaign management.- Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad serving, tracking and reporting tools.- Hands-on experience in using audience targeting tools like Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, etc.- Proficient in campaign performance analysis and data-driven decision making.- Good communication and presentation skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
