Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Payroll Specialist, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Payroll Specialist will manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with local regulations, address employee inquiries, and prepare reports. The role also involves maintaining accurate payroll records, coordinating with finance and HR teams, and implementing payroll improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience in payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance with local labor laws
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools, as well as strong data management skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll reporting is a plus
- Prior experience with global payroll processes is an advantage
