Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with strong experience in managing end-to-end payroll operations, especially in manufacturing or semiconductor environments. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling C2H employees, statutory compliance, and multi-cycle payroll processing (daily, weekly & monthly wages).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees including daily wages, weekly & monthly payroll cycles
- Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) payroll operations and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate employee payroll documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, TDS
- Process reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll inputs and validations
- Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and audit documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement
Skill Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Payroll Management
- Hands-on experience with C2H payroll and documentation
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Experience handling multi-cycle payroll (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Prior experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is mandatory
- Good knowledge of payroll tools and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
