Job Description
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for full-time, contractual, and project-based employees.
Validate attendance, leaves, working hours, and payroll inputs with accuracy.
Process bonuses, variable pay, final settlements, and payroll reconciliations.
Maintain employee payroll records and HRMS data integrity.
Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, payslips, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with TDS, labour laws, and statutory payroll requirements.
Coordinate with Finance and external vendors for payroll execution and reporting.
Generate payroll MIS, dashboards, variance reports, and audit documentation.
Support year-end payroll activities including Form 16, tax declarations, and validations.
Drive payroll process improvements, automation, and compliance risk mitigation.
