🚨 Job Opening: Payroll Specialist

🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist who can manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, and handle employee queries efficiently. Candidates from staffing/payroll outsourcing background will be highly preferred.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees
Ensure accurate salary calculation, deductions, reimbursements, and payouts
Process full & final settlements (F&F)
Compliance & Statutory
Ensure compliance with:
PF (Provident Fund)
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
PT (Professional Tax)
TDS (Income Tax)
Manage statutory filings, returns, and audits
Stay updated with labour laws and compliance changes
Employee Queries & Grievances
Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
Handle complaints related to salary, deductions, compliance
Data & Reporting
Maintain payroll records and MIS reports
Generate reports for management (monthly, quarterly)
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Coordination
Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors
Coordinate with staffing partners (if applicable)
🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing
Hands-on experience in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS)
Experience in payroll software / Excel
Good understanding of labour laws
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Preferred
Experience in staffing / payroll outsourcing companies
Experience handling large employee headcount payroll
