🔎 Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst with strong experience in payroll operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling end-to-end payroll processes along with onboarding and exit coordination.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timelines
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance) for payroll inputs and validations
Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and final settlements
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines
✅ Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
Experience in onboarding & exit management
Good understanding of labor laws and HR processes
Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
