🚨 We’re Hiring: Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an individual contributor role, where you will take complete ownership of the payroll function end-to-end.
đź“Ť Role: Payroll Specialist
📅 Experience: 4–7 Years
đź“ŤGoregaon East, Mumbai
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage attendance, biometric, and leave records
Handle payroll processing (On-roll & Contract employees)
Ensure accurate salary processing and taxation compliance
Manage Full & Final Settlements (F&F)
Prepare and maintain payroll MIS reports
Update and maintain HRMS software
Conduct and support payroll audits
🔹 Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4 years of relevant payroll experience
MBA/PGDM or Graduate in any discipline
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Ability to work independently and handle complete payroll operations
Immediate joiners will be preferred
