Hiring for Payroll Manager (India) to manage end-to-end payroll operations and employee benefits for India workforce.
This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong statutory compliance knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and validate monthly payroll with precision
• Manage employee benefits including PF, ESI, gratuity, insurance, and bonus
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls
• Partner with stakeholders and payroll vendors to resolve queries
• Oversee payroll reporting, MIS, and system optimization (GreytHR)
Ideal Candidate:
• 6–8 years of payroll experience, preferably in the BPO sector
• Strong expertise in Indian payroll compliance and taxation
• Experience with payroll systems and vendor coordination
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
