Job Summary
FastLink is looking for an experienced Payroll Expert to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutory compliance, and payroll taxation for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Indian payroll processing, labour law compliance, income tax (TDS), and payroll software, with mandatory hands-on experience in greytHR.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to deliver accurate payroll while ensuring 100% statutory compliance and adherence to timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing with complete accuracy.
- Process salary revisions, arrears, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, and Full & Final (F&F) settlements.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations -Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), Employees' State Insurance (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Income Tax, and Indian labour laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with greytHR ,Zoho .
- Ability to work under strict timelines while maintaining high accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing payroll for multiple clients or multiple legal entities.
- Exposure to payroll audits and compliance reviews.
- Experience working in an CA firm, payroll outsourcing, or professional services environment.
