🚀 Hiring: Payroll Manager – EOR Operations
📍 India | Full-time | Remote (US overlap)
We’re hiring a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end US payroll operations for our growing EOR business. This role involves managing high-volume, multi-state payroll across W-2 employees, contingent workers, and 1099 contractors while leading a hybrid India–US team.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage complete US payroll cycles (multi-client, multi-state)
- Ensure compliance with US payroll laws, taxes, and regulations
- Handle payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits
- Lead and scale a cross-border payroll team
- Drive process improvements and automation using tools like Power BI & Power Automate
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Client Services teams
✅ Key Requirements:
- 7–10 years of US payroll experience (staffing/EOR/MSP environment preferred)
- Strong expertise in W-2 & 1099 payroll processing
- Knowledge of US payroll compliance and tax regulations
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
💰 Salary Range:
- Mid-Level / Manager: ₹12,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 per annum
- Senior Level: ₹22,00,000 – ₹35,00,000+ per annum
- (Final compensation depends on experience and staffing industry background
