We are looking for a Payroll Executive with strong experience in managing payroll operations for consultants deployed across multiple client locations in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for consultants working at various client sites across India
- Ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, invoicing, and compliance tracking
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Insurance, and Labour Laws
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for attendance, billing, and payroll inputs
- Manage employee queries related to salary, deductions, and compliance
- Maintain payroll records and ensure adherence to audit and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll management for contract/consultant workforce
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Insurance, and Indian Labour Laws
- Experience handling employees deployed across multiple client locations/states
- Good understanding of compliance, statutory filings, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience in staffing/recruitment or workforce solutions companies
- Familiarity with payroll tools/software
