About the Role:
We are looking for a Payroll Support Executive (Fresher) to join our client support team. In this
role, you will assist clients with payroll-related questions, help solve basic issues, and ensure
they get the right support on time. Training will be provided – so no prior experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients with questions related to payroll.
- Coordinate with internal teams to get quick solutions for client issues.
- Update and maintain client payroll data accurately.
- Guide clients on using payroll software or portals (training will be given).
- Keep track of client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a professional and friendly communication style with clients.
