Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Executive role located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Payroll Executive will oversee and manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. The role includes handling payroll administration tasks, maintaining accurate employee records, and collaborating with finance teams. The Payroll Executive will also communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and resolve related issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
• Experience with Payroll Processing and understanding of compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge of Finance to support payroll and budgeting processes
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with employees and internal teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing payroll tasks
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a payroll or HR role is a plus
