About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Payroll & HR Operations Executive to own end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced, multi-site environment at Gasplus. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll, statutory compliance, and efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete onboarding (Day-0/Day-1), document verification (KYC, education, experience), PF/ESI declarations, and generation of all HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
Maintain digital employee records with proper naming, version control, and confidentiality.
Own HRIS administration in GreytHR and Zoho – employee master data, workflows, approvals, role-based access, and weekly data hygiene.
Handle attendance, shift rosters, OT, and exception management with strong maker-checker controls and audits to reduce malpractices.
Prepare accurate payroll inputs (attendance, OT, allowances, LOP) and coordinate statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity).
Manage Full & Final settlements, no-dues, and asset returns.
Implement SOPs, checklists, and workflows; train site teams and maintain the HR Operations Playbook.
Own HR service desk ticketing and publish weekly MIS dashboards (headcount, joins/exits, attendance, payroll status).
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles, preferably in logistics, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
Hands-on experience with GreytHR and Zoho (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws (EPF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishments).
Excellent proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
High attention to detail, process orientation, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.
Languages Required: Tamil, English & Hindi.
