We are looking for a Payroll Executive who will lead end-to-end payroll operations and ensure complete statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, effective team coordination abilities, and in-depth knowledge of payroll processing and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Ensure accurate payroll execution and statutory compliance
• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor law requirements
• Manage income tax calculations, year-end activities, and Form 16
• Review payroll outputs prepared by Executives and Trainees
• Resolve complex payroll and compliance issues
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, and government authorities
• Prepare and review payroll MIS and compliance reports

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of strong payroll experience
• Excellent knowledge of payroll processing and income tax
• Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, LWF, PT, and statutory filings
• Advance Excel skills
