📍 Location: Ghatkopar (Candidates residing in the Mumbai region only)

⏳ Experience Required: Minimum 6 months to 2 years

📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and strong Excel skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

💰 Manage and process end-to-end payroll activities

📊 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC and Provident Fund (PF)

🧾 Handle employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements accurately

🔐 Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality

📅 Prepare and submit statutory reports within deadlines

🤝 Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and queries

🧑 💼 Assist in audits and compliance checks

✅ Requirements:

📌 Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF)

📚 Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations

💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reports)

🎯 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

🗣️ Good communication and problem-solving abilities

📍 Must be based in Mumbai

🌟 Preferred Candidate Profile:
