π Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and strong Excel skills.
π Key Responsibilities:
π° Manage and process end-to-end payroll activities
π Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including ESIC and Provident Fund (PF)
π§Ύ Handle employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements accurately
π Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
π Prepare and submit statutory reports within deadlines
π€ Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs and queries
π§ πΌ Assist in audits and compliance checks
β Requirements:
π Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF)
π Good knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
π» Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reports)
π― Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
π£οΈ Good communication and problem-solving abilities
π Must be based in Mumbai
π Preferred Candidate Profile:

π Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
