Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Executive role located in Sahakaranagar, Heball Bangalore Urban. The Payroll Executive will handle payroll processes including employee data management, salary calculations, and disbursement. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with statutory regulations EISC, EPF, PT processing payroll, preparing financial reports, and addressing employee payroll queries. The role demands high levels of accuracy and involves collaboration with finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification:
- 10+2 / Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in Facility Management / Manpower Services industry.
- Experience in handling payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and salary processing for large workforce.
