Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll and HR Operations Officer, based in New Delhi. The role involves managing payroll operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and handling employee relations. Additional responsibilities include job description development, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating HR activities to ensure smooth operational workflows within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations
- Experience in HR Policies development and oversight
- Proficiency in Job Description Development and role-specific requirement assessment
- Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR management software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant certifications in payroll and HR practices are advantageous
