Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Payroll and Compliance role based in Noida. The individual in this role will manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing payroll processing, handling payroll taxes, resolving garnishments, maintaining employee records, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in payroll services. The role may also involve collaboration with internal teams to improve payroll procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Proficiency in managing Payroll Taxes and handling Garnishments
- Familiarity with Payroll Services and related frameworks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools
- Thorough understanding of local labor laws and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Prior experience in a financial services or technology company is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
