About the role:
We’re looking for a Payroll & Accounts Executive who can own payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and keep our books in order. You’ll be at the heart of our finance operations — from smooth payroll runs to sharp financial reporting that drives better decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy & timeliness.
- Manage statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting & cost analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments.
- Assist in monthly closings, audits & tax filings.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 3–4 years’ experience in payroll & accounts management.
- Knowledge of accounting standards & payroll rules.
- Skilled in MS Excel & accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
