Role Description
The Payroll Analyst - APAC will manage payroll processing for the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regional labor laws and tax regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing payroll administration, addressing garnishments, and handling payroll tax calculations. The role requires analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate payroll records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Experience in Payroll Administration and expertise in managing garnishments
- Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and Accounting principles
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently
- Familiarity with regional labor laws and compliance standards is essential
- Proficiency in payroll software and related tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in an APAC payroll function is a plus
