Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and processing all relocation invoices received, statutory payments, exit, regular accounting in a accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
This role involves maintaining financial records/ schedules, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately, and complying with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures.
- Thorough understanding of statutory compliances, including:
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Income Tax (TDS)
- Full & Final Settlements
- Experience in statutory portal management and online challan generation/payment processes.
- Knowledge of General Ledger reconciliation and payroll accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar HRMS/ERP systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. CA/CWA/CS preferred
- Additional certifications in Payroll Management, Taxation, or Accounting will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 4-8 years of experience in Payroll Operations, Statutory Compliance, and Employee Benefits Administration.
- Experience handling PAN India payroll and statutory compliance activities in a large organization.
- Exposure to payroll systems, HRMS, and ERP platforms.
