Senior Product Manager (Anti-Fraud)

PayPay India is looking for a Senior Product Manager(Anti-Fraud) to work on our payment system to deliver the best payment experience for our customers. Main Responsibilities: Leverage data-driven approaches to design and scale fraud detection and prevention systems embedded into PayPay's high-throughput, low-latency payment platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and stability under financial-grade demands. Ensure fraud reporting and detection workflows comply with AML/CFT requirements and industry standards, partnering with operations, compliance, and customer support teams to enhance user trust and meet regulatory expectations. Manage a product management team directly or through other managers Building a "WoW Experience" for our users by delivering and driving critical products having significant impact on key metrics. Mentoring and educating other product managers of the entire organization Creating platform products that can scale and help build product and services with a long term view Managing and executing decisions about the high-level technical architecture and UI/UX designs of the project. Write technical PRD's and work with engineering team and design team and execute the product roadmap Define and prioritize product challenges and opportunities leading to the product growth Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to understand the user problem and their needs and formulate achievable requirements for development teams. Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
