Software Engineer I, Data Analytics

Job Description We're looking for a Software Engineer I to join our Data Analytics team! As a Software Engineer I, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining data analytics solutions and models that enable business insights and drive decision-making across the organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable data analytics solutions and models using technologies such as Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement solutions that deliver business value - Implement data pipelines, data transformations, and data quality checks to ensure accurate and reliable data - Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to software engineering best practices - Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and software engineering Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence - Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes - Understanding of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) - Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
