The Application Support Engineer role is responsible for providing production support and troubleshooting for our core online payments platform and APIs. This includes incident management, problem identification and resolution, and facilitating deployments. You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure a high-performing and highly available payments platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building, deploying, and supporting back-end services and APIs in a distributed, cloud-based environment. You should have a strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting tools and techniques. Familiarity with modern cloud architectures, containerization, and continuous deployment practices is a plus.
