What You Will Do
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Ensure candidates are qualified and align with our culture, focusing on both aptitude and attitude.
Team Collaboration: Understand team goals and requirements, collaborating with other departments to find the best fit.
Job Advertisements: Create and post job ads, distributing them on social media platforms and job portals.
Event Organization: Organize recruitment fairs and other events to attract potential candidates.
Global Interaction: Interact with global team members to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
Scheduling: Coordinate phone interviews, and candidate tests, and prepare feedback reports for applicants.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor's degree.
Experience: At least two years of recruitment and operational management experience.
Startup Savvy: Willingness to navigate the ins and outs of a startup environment.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local employment and business regulations.
Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Global Team Player: Ease of working with a global team.
Self-starter: Proactive with a willingness to learn new things.
Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
