Key Responsibilities
• Define and drive the product vision for data solutions for Core Payments.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog with clear, value based requirements.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable features and delivery plans.
• Ensure timely, high quality functional and technical delivery with the development team.
• Proactively removes impediments, manages dependencies, and raises/mitigates risks early.
• Use data and analytics to identify improvements and optimise performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and payment specific standards.
• Champion agile practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven Product Owner experience in payments, financial services, or data driven domains.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and data, data concepts, and relevant technologies.
• Ability to convert business needs into technical deliverables and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Analytical, metrics driven mindset. Development background preferred.
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge is a plus.
