The Role
We're looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to own our day-to-day payment operations and ensure transactions move seamlessly across our ecosystem. You'll play a key role in managing disputes, supporting merchants, improving operational processes, and working closely with payment partners to build a scalable operations function.

- Own end-to-end chargeback and dispute operations—from evidence collection and filing to tracking and resolut
- ion.Manage payment operations and merchant support to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely issue resolut
- ion.Build and improve SOPs that make payment operations more scalable, efficient, and relia
- ble.Partner with payment gateways, banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to resolve operational iss
- ues.Analyze payment and transaction data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks.
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of experience in payments operations, chargebacks, disputes, or merchant operations within fintech or pay
- ments.Hands-on experience with chargeback management, payment workflows, and payment gat
- eways.Strong analytical skills with a high ownership mindset and attention to d
- etail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and driving process improvements independ
- ently.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
